Logistics Instructions – For Buyers in Pakistan

I. Freight Composition
Shipping cost is divided into three stages:
- Stage 1: China factory → China international freight forwarder warehouse
- Stage 2: China freight forwarder warehouse → Pakistan international freight forwarder warehouse
Cost is calculated based on quantity, volume and weight of goods. - Stage 3: Pakistan freight forwarder warehouse → Buyer’s warehouse
Buyer may choose self-pickup or door-to-door delivery by local logistics company.
II. Freight Payment Instructions
1. Stage 1 Freight
Calculated by quantity, volume and weight. Paid to Chinese domestic courier; collected by the seller on behalf of the buyer.
2. Stage 2 Freight
Calculated based on quantity, volume, weight and destination warehouse in Pakistan.
Rule: Freight shall be paid to the party who arranges the international freight forwarder.
- If the buyer entrusts the seller to arrange the China international freight forwarder, relevant freight shall be paid by the buyer to the seller.
- If the buyer contacts a Pakistan international freight forwarder directly, payment shall be settled directly between the buyer and the forwarder.
Buyers are recommended to choose trusted Pakistan international freight forwarders.
3. Stage 3 Freight
All costs related to delivery or pickup within Pakistan shall be borne by the buyer.
III. Shipping Method & Lead Time
- Shipping methods: Sea freight, Land freight
- Estimated lead time:
- Land freight to Islamabad: Approximately 30–35 days
- Sea freight to Karachi: Approximately 35 days

IV. Pakistan Warehouse Notes
International freight forwarders usually have warehouses in major cities of Pakistan. Choosing a closer warehouse is recommended for easier pickup and delivery.
V. Freight Payment Terms
Payment policies vary by logistics company:
- Some require full payment before picking up the cargos..
- Some accept 50% deposit, with the balance paid upon arrival at destination warehouse before pickup.
VI. Important Notice: Battery-Containing Sensitive Goods
Solar fans and solar panels contain built-in batteries. Batteries are classified as sensitive goods, with special requirements for transportation and customs clearance:
- Freight for sensitive goods is generally higher than ordinary goods. Please calculate costs accordingly when inquiring.
- Sensitive goods require special customs clearance procedures and documents in Pakistan, taking longer time and more formalities.
- When communicating with international logistics companies, always truthfully declare the actual goods. Concealment or misdeclaration may result in cargo detention, return, fines and other risks, with losses borne by the responsible party.
- Clearly state product details when inquiring. Compare multiple forwarders to avoid overcharging by some Pakistan logistics companies upon knowing batteries are included.
VII. Difference Between LCL and FCL
If cargo volume is less than one full container, it will be shipped as Less than Container Load (LCL).
Average unit freight for Full Container Load (FCL) is lower than LCL.
Common container types: 20ft, 40ft, 40ft High Cube.
Among the three, 40ft High Cube has the lowest average unit shipping cost.
VIII. Advice for Buyers New to International Purchasing
- Prioritize Pakistan international logistics companies recommended by friends or industry peers for reliability.
- If no suitable Pakistan freight forwarder contacts are available, you may request relevant information from the seller.
